IEE is active in a business-to-business environment and collaborates with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers and value-added resellers around the globe. Thanks to our international presence and multicultural staff, we have the ability to work with our customers in their language and cultural framework, wherever they might be.

World class research and development

20% of our workforce is dedicated to research and development with teams of first-rate engineers and scientists working together in our European, Asian and U.S. facilities. In order to consistently develop innovative high-tech products, we invest 10% of our annual revenue in R&D.

Our strategy of fostering innovative new technologies is based on the following objectives:

• Maintaining substantial resources dedicated to product innovation and R&D
• Nurturing and further developing our partnerships with universities, research centers, suppliers and market leaders

Optimized manufacturing approach

Our current industrial platform consists of technical and production sites in various locations around the globe. This gives us the possibility of optimizing our manufacturing strategy according to the best possible location for each task within the development and production process, whether it is labor-intensive or knowledge-sensitive.
